In this Video, Monika Kiroriwal, Assistant Professor, Biyani Group of Colleges explains about the implementation of CMOS NOR Gate logic design. CMOS logic design made by pull-up and pull-down networks. Pull-up network is made by using PMOS transistors and pull-down network using NMOS transistors. To design the CMOS NAND gate first take the compliment of the expression and then make the pull-up and pull-down networks using PMOS and NMOS transistors respectively. PMOS transistors are connected in series and NMOS transistors are in parallel and after combining these two networks final CMOS NOR gate is produced. Output is taken at the junction points and then verify the truth table of digital NOR gate.

In this Video, Ms. Komal Mehna, Assistant professor, Biyani group of colleges, explains pin diagram of 8051 microcontroller. It is a 40 pin IC which consist 4, 8 bit input & output ports, supply voltage, reset, PSEN, ALE and ground pin. Port 1 is known as truly input and output port where as other ports are used for dual purpose. It has two timers/counters and two oscillators.

Timer is used to generate a delay where as counter is used to count event hopping outside. TMOD register is a 8 bit control register which is divided in two part, lower part is for Timer0 and upper part is for TImer1. In this GATE bit is used to define the software control or hardware control.

In this Video, Komal Mehna, Assistant Professor, Biyani Group of Colleges explains about the program status word (PSW) register that is an 8-bit register. It is also known as the flag register. In PSW register only 6 bits are used by the 8051 microcontroller and remaining two bits are user-defined bit. Out of six flags four of the flags are called conditional flags, which indicate some conditions after an instruction is executed. These four flags are :-
a) CY (carry), b) AC (auxiliary carry), c) P (parity), d) OV (overflow).
And RS0 and RS1 are used for register selection.

In this Video, Monika Kiroriwal, Assistant Professor, Biyani Group of Colleges explains about the RADAR, which stands for Radio Detection and Ranging and it was first introduced during 2nd world war to detect enemy aircrafts. Basically radar is a EM system to detect the range and location of the device it may be car, space, craft and natural environment. Radar transmitter generates an EM signal into free space and strike on the target and reradiates from the target in the form of echo signal. These echo signals are collected by antenna and receiver receives these signals and range of target is calculated by measuring the time taken by signal to travel to target and return back to radar.
