This Video, Explains that cells in multicellular organisms need to communicate with each other for proper functioning and coordination of whole body. So, this process of communication in which signaling cell produces signal molecules which in turn is detected by target cell is known as Cell signaling. The signal molecule can be any hormone, chemical, steroid or non steroid like molecule etc. Binding of signal molecule leads to release of small molecular weight molecules known as secondary messengers.
The cell signaling involves different steps:-
a) Synthesis and release of the signal molecule by the signaling cell
b) Transport of signal to the cell
c) Binding of signal to its specific receptor leading to its activation
d) Initiation of signal transduction pathways
Types of cell signaling:-
i. Autocrine Signaling
ii. Paracrine Signaling
iii. Endocrine Signaling

In this Video, Komal Mehna, Assistant Professor, Biyani Group of Colleges explains about the program status word (PSW) register that is an 8-bit register. It is also known as the flag register. In PSW register only 6 bits are used by the 8051 microcontroller and remaining two bits are user-defined bit. Out of six flags four of the flags are called conditional flags, which indicate some conditions after an instruction is executed. These four flags are :-
a) CY (carry), b) AC (auxiliary carry), c) P (parity), d) OV (overflow).
And RS0 and RS1 are used for register selection.
