In this Video, Dr. Sanjay Biyani, Academic Director, Biyani Group of Colleges, differentiates Attitude from Aptitude, wherein Attitude is formed and affected by one’s environment and external factors. Aptitude is an internal factor and relates to one’s innate capabilities and genetic tendencies. Dr. Biyani asserts that Attitude can change according to our will. Knowledge and Experience are important in life, but developing the right attitude is more important. We cannot control Aptitude, but we can change our attitude. We should take both in consideration during career counseling.
