This is a part of lecture presented by Dr. Tripti Vijaywargia, Asst. professor of Biyani Girls College. The video is about Perceptual process. It is the outcome of the sum total of all Processes by which an individual receives information about the environment. The sensory inputs are to see through eyes, hear with ears, smell by nose, feel by touch and taste by tongue. The main groupings in the process map are- Environme
nt (internal and external). The stages in the process are- (1) Receiving Sensory inputs, (2) Selecting, (3) Organizing, (4) Interpretation, (5) Perceptual Output, (6) Behavior. Perception is no doubt a complex process, but, recognition of difference between the perceptual world and the real world is vital to the managers.
Communication stands for making common, giving ideas, Information and knowledge. But communication get obstacle or hurdled when it is not decoded or got properly by the receiver the sender has sent. …
Communication stands for making common, giving ideas, Information and knowledge. But communication get obstacle or hurdled when it is not decoded or got properly by the receiver the sender has sent. The major reasons behind these are barriers which get occur during the process of communication. Namely Physical & Mechanical Barriers, Psychological Barriers, Organizational Barriers, Semantic/Linguistic Barriers. These
barriers if are known properly, to some extent can be removed. The video is about barriers and their types.
