This is a part of lecture presented by Dr. Tripti Vijaywargia, Asst. professor of Biyani Girls College. The video is about Perceptual process. It is the outcome of the sum total of all Processes by which an individual receives information about the environment. The sensory inputs are to see through eyes, hear with ears, smell by nose, feel by touch and taste by tongue. The main groupings in the process map are- Environme

nt (internal and external). The stages in the process are- (1) Receiving Sensory inputs, (2) Selecting, (3) Organizing, (4) Interpretation, (5) Perceptual Output, (6) Behavior. Perception is no doubt a complex process, but, recognition of difference between the perceptual world and the real world is vital to the managers.
