This video gives brief explanation of the internal structure of dicot stem. Dicot stem is bounded by an epidermis. Next to epidermis is cortex. Cortex is differentiated into three regions i.e. hypodermis, parenchymatous general cortex and endodermis. Next layer is of pericycle .
