In this Video, Ms. Deepika Rathore, Asst. Professor, Biyani Group of Colleges is explaining about the DOT BLOT Technique. This technique is used to detect biomolecules and for analyzing and identifying proteins. The mixture containing the molecule to be detected is applied directly on a membrane as a dot, and then directly onto the membrane. This is then followed by detection by probes. Dot blots therefore can only confirm the presence or absence of a biomolecule or biomolecules which can be detected by the DNA probes or the antibody.

n this Video, Ms. Mayanka kaushik, Asst. Professor, Biyani Group of Colleges is explaining about the Shanon-Fano Algorithm,.In this technique first of all arrange in the decreasing probability and assign the binary code to the equiprobable codes. And arrange 0 to the high probability and 1 to the lowest probability.
