This is a part of lecture presented by Dr. Tripti Vijaywargia, Asst. professor of Biyani Girls College. It is a collection of persons who have regular contact and recurrent interaction, mutual power, common feeling of friendship, and who work together to achieve a common set of goals. An organization is a group based on relationship with common goals, beliefs or practices. It is formal and informal agreement with the degree binding of membership, of assurance, oath, control of authority or guidance, structure, facilities, fees, duties, and activities.
