For example, mind distracts, and intellect helps n taking decisions, mind is always wandering and curious, but intellect is stable and a solution provider, mind worries unnecessarily, but intellect philosophizes. One should realize whether one lays more stress on mind or intellect, as a human entity. Only then can we find a way to control our mind and develop our intellect. All human beings have the power and energy to find their own priorities and solutions.
