Transistor, B. J. T. Intro lecture by Mr. Vijay Sharma, Biyani group of colleges

This is a part of lecture presented by VIJAY SHARMA, Asst.proffessor of biyani Girls College. The video is about of basic introduction of transistor, it’s characteristics and about bipolar junction transistor(BJT) ,which is made out of silicon type semiconducting material and it is a back-bone electronics components widely used in various digital IC’S and electronics circuits .BJT has three parts Emitter, Base ,Collector. It is a current controller device .It provides suitable direction of electric current flow in an circuits. BJT are of two types I) N-P-N ii) P-N-P.
Both types provides charge carriers by which electric current flow in transistor.
