Dispute Resolution And Jurisdiction
All disputes between the parties connected with the terms of this agreement, or the use or inability to use the services of this KPO and other disputes arising there to, shall be governed by Arbitration & Conciliation Act.
The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English & the place of arbitration shall be Jaipur only, and the arbitrator shall be appointed by the company, whose decision shall be final & binding on all the parties. All proceedings shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws prevailing in India and only competent courts within Jaipur shall have jurisdiction to adjudicate the same.
